Our story and our choice of simple language
Legenin started in Kavala by a team of amateur runners and fitness trainers who were tired of complicated online articles. Everywhere we looked, breathing advice was packed with confusing medical jargon or tried to sell expensive gadgets and support plans.
We decided to build an independent space where lung mechanics are explained with everyday examples. Every guide we write is tested first on our own running routes, trails, and along our city beach, so we can be sure it works in practice.
We remain an independent editorial team. We do not host product ads, we do not promise bodily boosts, and we reply personally to every reader who wants to better understand the way they breathe.
